TIVA is a single-story home with a distinctly modern style, organized around a central courtyard dominated by a pool. Its U-shaped geometry creates an elegant and functional composition, designed to embrace the outdoor space and transform it into the core of everyday life. The architecture prioritizes horizontality, volumetric clarity, and continuity between interior and exterior. From the living room, which is completely open and faces the courtyard, the home unfolds toward a terrace with a porch area, in constant dialogue with the garden and water. The main rooms—living room, kitchen, and bedrooms—are distributed toward the interior of the courtyard, ensuring controlled views, cross-ventilation, and a high degree of privacy. The design seeks solar efficiency and spatial harmony, without sacrificing the formal expressiveness characteristic of a contemporary aesthetic.
