We collaborate with studios that share our vision: to transform construction
traditional in a more agile, predictable and sustainable process, without giving up authorship,
aesthetics or freedom of design.
Because We turn projects into measurable, controllable, and executable realities.
While architects focus on design, we contribute a solid technical and industrial base, capable of guaranteeing fixed deadlines and budgets, without altering the logic or architectural language of the project.
Presenting a design proposal with industrial implementation strengthens confidence and accelerates decisions.
Our engineering department assists with structural definition, calculation, insulation, and regulatory compatibility.
Converting an architectural design into a manufacturable and executable project, with technical support and industrial control of deadlines and costs.
Continuous communication and shared documentation at each stage.
This collaboration model is designed for single-family homes and smaller-scale developments. For larger projects, buildings, or complex developments, MOODUL has a dedicated Projects & Partners department.
The architect leads the design and defines the project's identity. Our technical team validates modular feasibility, optimizes the layout, and advises on materials and construction dimensions.
MOODUL develops the detailed engineering and adapts the project to the modular system, maintaining the architectural essence. A fixed budget and manufacturing schedule are defined.
Each module is produced in a controlled environment, under joint technical supervision. The architect can visit the factory at any time to verify finishes and details.
We coordinate transport, foundation work, and installation. The architect remains involved in the process, ensuring consistency with their original vision.
Final joint supervision, "as built" documentation and turnkey delivery to the client.
We personally review each application. If it's a good fit, we'll get in touch to schedule a technical meeting.
