3. Basic project

Topographical and geotechnical studies, together with a logistical feasibility study to determine the appropriate foundations.
We verify local regulations with the municipality.
Creation of plans and layout according to your preferences.
We create 3D images so you can see your future home before construction begins.
Submission of the building permit application.

5. Construcción

Procurement of materials.
Manufacturing of the home in our facilities.
Arrangement of temporary utilities (water and electricity).
Foundations, installation preparation, fencing and site access.
Weekly progress reports.

7. Delivery

Completion of works and final cleaning.
Handover of keys.
Final procedures with local authorities and utility providers.

2. Proposal

We visit the plot to assess the project’s feasibility.
We prepare a personalised quotation.

4. Executive project
